Routine Checks

OSHA based inspections to maintain compliance. Federal Law requires all cranes and hoists inspected at a minimum frequency of once per year. We offer Inspections at frequencies of Periodic (1 time per year), Semi-Annual (twice per year), Quarterly (4 times per year) and Monthly.

Repairs from Inspections

If a life-threatening hazard is found during the inspection, the customer is made aware and a repair offered. Post Inspection, a quote is made and emailed to the customer.

What is inspected?

We check overhead cranes and hoists for safety and OSHA compliance.

How often inspections?

OSHA requires minimum inspection frequency of once per calender year. Inspections should be done regularly, typically every 3 to 12 months. Hi volume production sometimes means monthly inspections.

Who performs inspections?

Certified professionals from Master Crane and Hoist conduct detailed inspections and report findings. This is accomplished using our digital inspection software and your reports are emailed back to you.

Is training provided?

Yes, we offer Overhead Crane Operator Safety Training to help your team understand safety standards and operations.

What if issues found?

If a life-threatening problem is found during the inspection, you are notified immediately. We also provide a post inspection repair quote that includes recommendations and service options to fix any problem.
